No responsibility is assumed for technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer, or data transmission errors or difficulties of any kind. All ballot box entries must be deposited by March 30, 2025, to be eligible for the drawing. All mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than April 12, 2025, and received no later than April 16, 2025, to be eligible for the drawing. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for two (2) to HAWAII and $2000 spending cash. The airline portion of the trip package will be provided by Delta Air Lines. The trip includes round trip air fare on Delta Air Lines from Phoenix or Tucson. Booking can be made on Delta.com and travel must be completed by December 31, 2025. Winner and travel guest must travel on the same itinerary and must have valid U. S. required documentation. All minors on trips must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Other restrictions may apply. Meals, gratuities, and other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the winner's responsibility.

Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all deposited, electronic and mail-in eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on or about April 18, 2025, and will be conducted by a representative of AZ REN FEST. All decisions of the judges shall be final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. One prize will be awarded.

Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents of Arizona age 18 and over. Employees of IHEART PHX, KEZ999.com, Mix969.com, Knixcountry.com, 955themountain.com, 1047kissfm.com and Delta Air Lines, Bashas’ and Food City, Pepsi, Arizona Renaissance Festival, and advertising, promotional or judging agencies and immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to win. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value (appx cash value of prize $7000). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or mail within fourteen (14) days of the drawing. The prize must be claimed within fourteen (14) days of date of attempted Notification by signing and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. In the event (I) the required documents are not returned within fourteen (14) days (II) mail is returned as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address, or (III) a telephone notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours, or (IV) winner is unable to travel by the specified deadline, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining entries.
